Bhakti Alarm is a mobile application owned and operated by Integra Data Systems Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Bhakti Alarm, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Bhakti Alarm.

Bhakti Alarm does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information. All app features are available without registration. Any preferences you set are stored locally on your device only.
All content, features, and functionality of Bhakti Alarm, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio content, and software, are owned by Integra Data Systems Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Bhakti Alarm does not collect, store, or track any user data. We do not use analytics, advertising, or any third-party tracking services. Your privacy is fully protected when using Bhakti Alarm.
Bhakti Alarm is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that Bhakti Alarm will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integra Data Systems Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Bhakti Alarm.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Bhakti Alarm at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use Bhakti Alarm will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Bhakti Alarm app. Continued use of Bhakti Alarm after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs all payments made through the Bhakti Alarm App and website (collectively referred to as the "Service"), operated by Integra Data Systems Private Limited ("we", "us", "our").
By authorizing a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
All payments made through UPI AutoPay, debit/credit cards, or any other approved payment method are processed only after user authorization.
By completing a transaction, you confirm that you are the rightful account holder or have proper authorization to use the selected payment method.
Once a payment is authorized, it will be processed through our secure payment gateway in compliance with RBI and NPCI guidelines.
Bhakti Alarm may offer recurring or one-time subscription plans to access premium features or services. Each plan's validity and pricing will be displayed clearly at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Refunds are considered only in specific and verifiable cases:
All refund claims will undergo internal verification and confirmation from our payment gateway or UPI partner before approval.
Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:
Once a valid service or subscription is provided, the payment becomes non-refundable.
UPI AutoPay (India)
Users can cancel their recurring mandate anytime directly through their UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.). Canceling AutoPay will prevent future renewals but will not entitle the user to a refund for past payments. Subscription access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Manual or One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases are final and non-cancelable once processed.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Processing time may vary depending on the user's bank, UPI app, or payment provider. You will be notified via email once a refund has been initiated.
To request an invoice, email us at hi@integradatasystems.com within 7 days of your transaction.
In case of a payment dispute, please contact us first before initiating any chargeback or reversal with your bank. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
All fees are inclusive of applicable Indian GST, unless otherwise mentioned. All transactions comply with relevant RBI, NPCI, and digital payment regulations of the Government of India.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. All disputes arising out of or related to this Policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
