AlertPe is a mobile application owned and operated by Integra Data Systems Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using AlertPe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use AlertPe.

AlertPe does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information. All app features are available without registration. Any preferences you set are stored locally on your device only.
All content, features, and functionality of AlertPe, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, rashifal content, and software, are owned by Integra Data Systems Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.
AlertPe does not collect, store, or track any user data. We do not use analytics, advertising, or any third-party tracking services. Your privacy is fully protected when using AlertPe.
AlertPe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that AlertPe will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that astrological content will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integra Data Systems Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AlertPe or reliance on its astrological content.
We may terminate or suspend your access to AlertPe at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use AlertPe will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the AlertPe app. Continued use of AlertPe after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
